Had the pleasure of working with Walt on a new SUV purchase for my wife. We live about hour and half away and concerned about deal being true as requested and that unit would be there when we arrived. Walt had unit cleaned up, ready for test drive and met the deal exactly as we requested. No hidden fees and surprises. We worked with the Used Car Manager, General Manager, and Finance Officer and had wonderful experiences with each one. I have an ATS cadilac. I had my car inspected because there was a noise in front a wheel. Findings according to them = the rear brakes finished need to change, front galliper damage need to change on the left, the cabinet filter and the windshield wipers finished. $ 140 for an 1h30 inspection and around 1000$ of reparation. The problem is brakes and wipers were brand new. The cabinet filter wasn’t accessible because the glove compartment was locked. My husband and I purchased a pre-owned Cadillac and the experience was professional and fun! All questions were answered and we are very satisfied with all of the Linus employees we worked with.
They always act as if they are doing you a favor, as if you should feel lucky to be sitting 1 hr 45 min for an oil change, that's after you stand and wait for 20 until they decide to acknowledge you. After 7 yrs with this nightmare of a dealership we purchased elsewhere and now we have excellent service. It's a shame considering we've owned Cadillacs for 20 years. Get the service you deserve buy elsewhere.
Please never go to this dealer, wosre service department ever. Had an appointment just to replace a lost FOD ( car keys) after signing in and doing some paperwork and getting assured it would take about an hour. We sat down and waited and waited after one and half hours now with no service people available, everybody appeared to go to lunch. Took my 2014 GMC Sierra in for a noise in the engine. They said no problem found. 2 weeks later air conditioning was out. Service advisor said it was not covered under warranty. I was a f&I mgr for 26 years and I assured him it was. They called next day and said it was covered. It took 6 days to get the part. I called GMC customer service. No returned calls. This dealership sucks. I would recommend you buy a Ford or Dodge. If you do purchase a GMC I recommend you purchase in Melbourne
The entire staff was very helpful. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and did a great job. I would recommend Linus for anyone looking for a new GMC.
